These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vidara LLC ("REDucation," "we," "us," or "our").

AI-Powered Creative Tools: Storybook creator with AI-generated stories and illustrations, educational podcast generator, and interactive mind mapping suite
Automated Marking and Feedback: Essay grading with constructive feedback, plagiarism detection, progress tracking, and automated marking for multiple choice assessments

Service Commitments
REDucation strives to provide accurate, helpful, and innovative tools to support your lesson planning, content creation, and student assessment. However, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content will be error-free or perfectly suited to every classroom context. Teachers retain full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and customizing all content before use in their classrooms.
Limitations of Service
AI-generated content is provided as an assistive tool, not as a replacement for teacher judgment
The accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary
Service availability is subject to technical maintenance and updates
Some features may require specific browser versions or device capabilities
User Responsibilities
By using REDucation, you agree to:
Account and Access
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information
Maintain strict confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and authentication tokens
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account
Not share your login credentials with other users or allow others to access your account without permission
Acceptable Use
Use REDucation for lawful educational purposes only and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable UK laws, regulations, and educational standards
Not use REDucation to create content that violates intellectual property rights, is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or harmful to minors
Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to REDucation's systems or other users' accounts
Not engage in any form of automated data scraping, bot activity, or bulk download of content without authorization
Not use the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Content Creation and Sharing
You retain ownership of all original content you create on REDucation
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
You grant REDucation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for platform improvement, service delivery, and anonymized analytics
You agree not to upload content that contains personally identifiable information (PII) of students without appropriate consent and safeguarding measures
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before sharing with students or other users
You agree to comply with data protection regulations when using student data on the platform
Safeguarding and Student Protection
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguarding practices when using REDucation with students
You agree to comply with UK safeguarding requirements, GDPR, and relevant educational regulations
You will not use REDucation to collect, store, or process student data in violation of data protection laws
You will implement appropriate access controls to prevent unauthorized student access to sensitive content
You agree to use the platform's privacy features (such as anonymous student profiles) as designed to protect student data
Professional Conduct
You agree to use REDucation in a professional manner consistent with educational standards and teacher codes of conduct
You will not use the platform to harass, bully, or discriminate against other users
You will not engage in commercial activities or selling of platform access without authorization
Intellectual Property
REDucation Platform and Content
All content on the REDucation platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, page layout, and overall design, is the property of Vidara LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes:
The REDucation interface, features, and functionality
Lesson templates and starter materials
Platform documentation and help content
AI models and algorithms used for content generation
Design elements and branding
Limited License
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use REDucation for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
Copy, modify, or distribute any platform content
Reproduce, republish, or transmit any content without our prior written consent
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of REDucation
Create derivative works based on the platform
Use the platform's content for commercial purposes without a commercial license agreement
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the original lesson materials, assessments, storybooks, podcasts, and other content you create on REDucation ("User Content"). However:
You grant REDucation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for service improvement, analytics, and platform development
You grant other platform users the ability to view, access, and (if applicable) purchase your User Content through the marketplace
If you choose to delete your User Content, REDucation will remove it from the platform within 30 days, though archived copies may be retained for legal compliance purposes
You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant these licenses
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by REDucation's AI tools (storybooks, podcasts, lesson plans, assessments) based on your input is considered User Content. You own the rights to this content, subject to the licenses granted to REDucation. You are responsible for ensuring that all AI-generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Third-Party Content
REDucation may include links to third-party websites and content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or intellectual property compliance of third-party content. Your use of third-party content is governed by their terms of service and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties
REDucation is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of information provided
Warranties that REDucation will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
Warranties that AI-generated content will be appropriate for all classroom contexts or educational levels
Limitation of Damages
Except as prohibited by law, in no event shall Vidara LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:
Your access or use of REDucation
Your inability to use REDucation or any of its features
The accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
Loss of data, business profits, or business interruption
Third-party intellectual property claims related to User Content
This limitation applies even if Vidara LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability Cap
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Vidara LLC for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you have paid to REDucation in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Exceptions
The above limitations do not apply to:
Personal injury or death caused by our negligence or willful misconduct
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law
Breaches of confidentiality or data protection obligations
User-Generated Content and Marketplace
Content Standards
All content uploaded to the REDucation marketplace must:
Not violate intellectual property rights of third parties
Not contain explicit, obscene, or inappropriate material
Not include student names, personal identifiers, or sensitive information
Be original or properly licensed for distribution
Comply with UK educational standards and safeguarding requirements
Be age-appropriate for the target audience
Content Moderation
REDucation reserves the right to:
Review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms and Conditions
Suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly upload inappropriate content
Report content that may pose a risk to children or violate safeguarding standards to relevant authorities
Marketplace Transactions
REDucation takes no responsibility for disputes between buyers and sellers
Refund policies are determined by individual sellers
REDucation acts only as a platform facilitator, not as a party to the transaction
Transaction data is subject to our Privacy Policy
Data Protection and Privacy
By using REDucation, you acknowledge that:

Refunds are subject to our refund policy as displayed at the point of purchase
Billing
You authorize REDucation to charge the payment method on file for your subscription fees
Billing will occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
REDucation is not responsible for failed payments due to outdated or incorrect payment information
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

Sending you an email notification
Requiring your explicit acceptance of the new terms before continued use of the platform

Termination of Access

You must comply with any data deletion or transfer requests
You may request access to your User Content within 30 days
Certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions will survive termination
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidara LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your User Content and any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidara LLC regarding your use of REDucation and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
Waiver
The failure of REDucation to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If we waive any right or provision on one occasion, this does not waive that right or provision on any other occasion.
